Project Overview
This biomass power project collects agricultural residues (corn stalks, wheat straw, rice husks) from farming communities in Shandong Province to fuel a 35 MW biomass power plant. The project prevents open burning of crop residues (a major source of air pollution) while generating renewable electricity.
